MAYBERRYLANE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

The Mayberrylane Company (Mayberrylane.com), values your business and your trust that you have placed in us. When you purchase a product or service from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policies.

Effective June 6, 2008: The Assurz Program has been discontinued. If you have an Assurz guarantee, please contact Mayberrylane's Customer Service at: guestservices@mayberrylane.com . We will direct you to Assurez's customer serivce.

Return and Exchange Policies for all other payment methods (Visa;Master card;American Express; Discover; Checks; Gift Certificates and Money Orders):

  • Most purchases can be returned to Mayberrylane, provided you notify us within 14 days from receiving your order. If no tracking date is available,we will use 20 days from the date that you placed your order with us.
  • Shipping Fees and/or Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking/return fee
  • Products sold with a manufacturer or Direct Warranty must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. For these items, the warranty policy from the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any return, repairs, etc., be requested and processed by the consumer (or "end user") of the item.
  • Software, DVD, Music, Movies, including Game Machine software are not returnable. Defective software or music will be replaced with same title only and within 14 days from delivery.
  • To return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Mayberrylane will not accept returns without prior authorization and will be returned to customer at customers expense.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days and Mayberrylane must receive the item within 15 days of RMA issue; otherwise, your return will be rejected and returned to customer at customer's expense.
  • Once the RMA has been issued, you will receive an email with a PDF attachment. The attachment will explain the return process and how to ship the item back to us.
  • Orders that are refused; rejected or returned to us will be subject to a 20% restock/return fee.
  • All product(s) must be returned as originally received to include original packaging; manuals; documents; and all bundled accessories. Returns must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage when shipped. Products(s) damaged during shipment will invalidate both the warranty and RMA and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • All Gift Certificates, including Giveanything ;Yahoo and other third party gift certificate purchases are considered final. Mayberrylane will only offer an exchange or Mayberrylane Store Credit. No cash refunds or credit return/refunded to the gift certificate vendor.

The following items have a restricted or are considered "all sales final":

  • Wholesale orders ( we consider any item bought in quantities over 25, to be wholesale): All sales final; items will be replaced if notified within 14 days from the date you have received them if damaged or defective. You must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving the item(s)
  • Orders that are drop-shipped or shipped by Mayberrylane and it's vendors to a third party (your customer): all sales are final; Mayberrylane is not responsible for any lost shipments or delivery errors. You accept all liabilities and responsibilities for the order and it's delivery.
  • Custom Orders: These are orders that are custom made to your specifications or are altered to your requirements: All sales final; no refunds or credits will be issued.
    Custom orders include: signs; plaques; advertising specialties, monogramming of products; embroidery of products; printing or silk screening of products.
  • Skateboard Equipment and Supplies: All sales are final, unless defective. If defective, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery for a RMA number.
  • Leather Jackets and clothing: These items cannot have been worn/used and must be returned in original condition within 14 days from the time you received the order. All tags and product information must be attached to the product.
  • Quilts and Bedding Products: You have 14 days to request a refund or exchange on quilts and bedding products. The quilt or bedding item must not have been washed or dry cleaned; all tags must be attached and product must be returned with all packaging, otherwise we will reject the return.
  • All UPC tags must be intact and attached in original manner that you received the product in, otherwise, item will be rejected.
  • International orders: All sales are final - no returns or credits issued.
  • Vehicle Electronics, including, but not limited to: stereos receivers; speakers; amplifiers; in-dash electronics: These items cannot be returned to Mayberrylane once installed. If item is defective, you have 14 days to request a RMA, after 14 days, you will need to check with the factory.

Additional information when returning a product to Mayberrylane:

  • All items that were included in the packaging needs to be returned with the product, including: instructions; diagrams; UPC codes; batteries; etc. We inspect all products when returned to make sure we have all the parts and documents.
  • When returning a product to us, do not write on the product or packaging. You can use the packing slip that was included with your order if you need include a note with your order.
  • Please allow up to four weeks for the refund to be processed and up to 8 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • It is recommend that you ship via UPS or Fedex as your return is insured by the carrier automatically for $100.00
  • Read your RMA form carefully, it contains the return shipping address. Do not return the product to the address on the label of the original box as it might not be the correct warehouse and will be rejected and returned to you. If you ship the return to the incorrect address, a new RMA will not be issued.
